If your event is within 30 days or less, or you are concerned about making sure we are available for a
popular future date you can make your deposit payment now and your date will be held for up to 14 days.

The StringsOhio deposit through PAYPAL is $50.00. Major credit cards are accepted and you do not need a
PAYPAL account. When your payment has posted, you will receive a wedding or event packet in the mail
with a contract.

A signed contract with 50% payment (less your $50.00 deposit) is required by the due date on your contract
(14 days from the issue of the contract) to reserve musicians for your specific date and time. If the signed
contract is not returned by the due date, the date and time will be released. The $50 deposit is
non-refundable, should you choose not to engage our services. We will, however, refund any deposit if we
cannot accommodate your date and time.
